Joint Pain?? what could cause joint pain in a someone only 20 years old?

I’m only 20 and lately my knee will ache or my elbow, but mostly my wrist. If it keeps up I am going to the doctors, but anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

What causes multiple joint pain on one side of my body?

In the past 3 months I have developed pain in my right knee, hip and have had pain in the elbow, shoulder, etc… at different times over the past year that has lasted, but now subsided. The left side in fine all the way around. Hope it is just because I am 42.
